There is a free and open self-hostable AI called Stable Diffusion that anyone can run on their computers, provided that they have a recent-ish GPU (It works great on my 1070) that is able to edit any image to do anything you want.

I have successfully removed the clothes of photos of women, which can be applied to any photo you give it, as well as edited the photo to have lewd significance.

If you do not want to be the target of pornographic deepfakes, then please PURGE ANY PHOTOS OF YOU FROM THE PUBLIC INTERNET.

If you need examples, I can provide them via DMs, I will not share how to do this but it is pretty simple to find out if you’re a techy person.
