@GrumpyRabbit

Funny/Sad/Frustrating observation; Ultimate DIVERSITY is the individual, and the individuals' right to decide for themselves. YET, the DIE/DEI crowd wants centralized, homogeneous power enforcing heavy taxation and regulation, the antithesis of diversity.

@Peaceandprosperity
Well, food, fuel and electricity are the largest constant expenses. Can't buy that second-hand.

@eriner

@freemo

Your pettiness has reached new levels ;-)
"Everything can kill you", yeah sure.

@AmpBenzScientist

There's no way to completely avoid being controversial. No matter what stance or public position you take, there's going to be a sizeable opposition.

Try to figure out what you think is right and true and then attempt to be consistent with that.

Adjust, if needed, as you find out more.

@eriner

Feel for you... OTOH, living in Europe they extort VAT on everything one spends, so even if I manage to dodge the income tax there are so many ways the racket operates.

@freemo

When there are "side effects", then clearly not good for the body.

Personally, unless I think I am about to die (once), I have kept my body free of medication.

@AmpBenzScientist

@freemo

Yes, true. I was thinking of many medications and many food additives.

@AmpBenzScientist

@freemo

And then come to the same conclusion about chemicals people put INTO their bodies.

@AmpBenzScientist

This @kicad -> @blender plugin by @bobbe is absolutely amazing!

It allows you to import your KiCad design into Blender with textures, shaders, and even solder blobs in like 5 clicks!

Now if only I had the slightest idea how to use Blender 😭

@kravietz

I really like the metric system, is that built-in or "just" a library?

Not for the Elon fanboys and muskrats out there... Analysis of his recent presentation and the cringe on full display.

Canadian media & govt personalities are launching an "I deserve better" campaign in response to the hate they receive from the public.
It kinda comes off as "you can't talk to us like this" in an environment where they regularly talk down to the public about anything and everything.
People in all kinds of positions of authority seem to forget that respect is a two-way street.

Constitutional Conservatives can't wrap their heads around the fact that the "founding fathers" had no authority to bind the people alive at the time to their political whims with some made up document, let alone the generations that follow.

No understanding of consent or authority.

The State could put them in an iron cage for something they didn't do, and they'll continue to go on about how "the Constitution is the greatest document ever, we must support it!"
