When I first started my career in 1984, one of the first thing I had to do was to take over a firmware from someone else, at a different company, because he had married a farmer girl in the north of Sweden, and was going to become a farmer instead... He was in his 20s, and I guess he only had 3-5 years of experience, but obviously figured this out.
