Larken Rose is again expressing an important concept of voluntarism -- Being nice to Evil (IRS, police, bureaucrats, ++) gives positive feedback and a signal that it is Ok to continue.
If everyone expressed their disdain for all government employees, telling that they should get a real job instead of being a piece of shit, then not many people would want those jobs.
